I got this one fully loaded with 16gb ram and 500gb ssd hd and this thing is like driving a corvette! it boots up in 16 seconds flat and when you click on anything it appears instantly no lag in anything

Defective

This is the second of these exact models I have purchased in the past month from Computer King. The first was for a coworker and everything worked as expected. The second was for me, and I had the opposite experience. The memory and hard drive failed immediately. I contacted Computer King directly to ask how to get it exchanged and they said the best they could offer is for me to return this one to Amazon and buy it again. I contacted Lenovo directly since it's obviously under warranty, and they had me send it back to them, where they will install a new hard drive and memory, and send it back to me. All said and done that will take another week, so I'm disappointed to say the least. I had also purchased and installed a download of Office which I have to battle with Microsoft to let me re install without purchasing again - that is left to be seen. My intention was to purchase another 6 of these through the year for the rest of my employees, but I am re-thinking that now.

Very, very, very, very, very happy with this laptop!

I have had this laptop for only one month and I love it! One of the best decisions I have made. Primary use is for accounting and data so the number keypad was a must have. The keyboard is very comfortable, feels very sturdy and like the way the keys click. Also like the left and right click bars at the top of the mouse pad. The red button in the center of the keyboard is pretty cool once you master it, definitely takes practice but so worth it. Very, very, very, very very happy with this laptop.

Was everything I expected. Got is with the 250gb SSD and 16gb of ram and it screams. Faster than the computers I work with at pro radio studios. A must buy. The only downer was that the shop gave an option of a 1 TB HDD but then had to change my order because it did not fit in the casing. Delaying the shipment a few days. If you advertise an option, just make sure it works! Other than that, loved it.

Worst Lenovo Product I have ever owned!

Very bad combination works like window 98 and i just got an AMD update after updating it , computer is not booting up any more, yes not even recovery , called up Lenovo and they wanted to charge me $60 to fix the issue on the phone. and these products are still under manufacturer warranty.
