Your first though might be 8 bucks? There must be something wrong! Nope, this is the perfect sleek, chic sleeve for your laptop. It fits like a glove (as it should) and the thickness is great. My macbook pro fits in there with its hardcover on just fine. It's a lovely case for an even better price. Thank you amazon!

Fine for the price

Pros:
-Cute and true to the picture.
-PRICE!
-Seems like it will provide good protections for nicks and bumps, but not from drops (it is just a sleeve, after all).
-Colors are awesome. I got the really light blue/teal and the silver accent edge looks nice.
-Seems like quality craftsmanship. Seams and edges are well basted.
Cons:
-Fits loose on my Macbook Air 13". Would fit the pro much better I'm sure. Had I know, I would have ordered a case specific to the Air.
-STINKS! There is an awful chemical/factory smell to the product. I left it sitting out of its packaging for several days and I can still smell it while the case sits a couple feet away. I am going to try to spray deodorizer on it to see if it helps. The smell gives me a headache.

Overall, I would recommend the product for the price and available colors.

Poor quality

After only using it for a few weeks, it got completely torn up, there are rips and tears in the material, along the seams. I don't even take it out of my bag, I just keep it in there and slide my laptop in and out. It's really bad quality material.

Good case if you aren't handling it too much.

It does a great job at protecting the laptop and it fits great. But I wouldn't recommend this color, I used it one day at school and it got so dirty! I've had other light cases before and handled them the same way but they didn't get as dirty as this case got in just ONE day! I would recommend this case to anyone but not this color, especially if you'll be handling it a lot.
