Laptop battery that would not charge

I purchased this battery that was advertised as new and when it arrived it would not take a charge.
I requested to return the battery and they made me pay for the return postage which was over $10.
I am now back to finding another place to purchase a replacement battery for my laptop.
Complete waste of time and money. How can any company sell a battery that will not charge.

this battery is a piece of crap it is used not new like they advertised. i did a battery check after I installed this battery. and my computer said weak battery needs to be replaced. So take my advise and do not waste your money.
