I've only had the laptop for a day. The touch screen is very responsive and the different modes are very convenient for me. It's very smooth in regards to its operation, and honestly it's really pretty to look at. My Wi-Fi isn't the best, but I wouldn't know that because it doesn't seem to stop this laptop. Battery life is okay for me; It lasts about 5-7 hours, but it charges very quickly. Also just to add icing to the cake it comes with a free update to Windows 10 which is released in about 1 week. This is a great deal especially for the price.

I was looking for a new computer for college. I needed something portable but powerful. I also really wanted a touch screen. After looking at all the products on Amazon I decided to go with this one. It couldn't be better. My price range limited me to 600-700 and so I went with this product refurbished. I was skeptical of that but gave it a shot and I am excited to say that they could have fooled me. The computer is like brand new. Good product. I would recommend.

I recently purchased this refurbished laptop and I am very pleased with the sellers ability to quickly deliver it , good looking aesthetics, and great functionality. Personally, I did not experience any wireless connectivity issues as others have noted. In addition, I was able to quickly upgrade to Windiws 10 within a few hours after receiving the unit. Over the years I have purchased a few Toshiba laptops, and I have not been disappointed. This unit appears to be no exception offering good value and it is probably one of my better laptop purchases.

Beautiful and gorgeous device. Loved the screen. Machine performed awesome. Had for about a week. Then, the bottom right bent upwards after 1 use as a 360°tablet, and laid uneven on a flat surface. Hard to type. So immediately returned. Wish it was better quality. Beautiful device with major quality problems

I love the sleek and gorgeous design of this laptop. However, after using it 2 months. The keyboards malfunction, screen isn't as bright. Terrible glare reflection, and I dont like to carry around for school work because it weight a ton. Do not buy it if u carry around a lot. Peace....
