Doesn't work as is on seats without detachable headrests. The Velcro straps are suppose to be for wrapping/attaching around those bars. We don't have those so we've made it work by vectoring to seat covers. But it's a hassle and falls often. Otherwise I believe it would work out great. Holds child skylander portal, a couple skylanders, and small tablet just fine. And even big enough to play with toy cars and trucks on. It greatly serves its purpose!!!

Love most of what I get on Amazon but this is not what I hoped for. Flimsy overall. Shows a bottle of water in an elastic band - this is one of the main reasons I chose this one. I get tired of trying to keep everything in place when I fly and I thought this would be a help, along with the tray to hold a laptop. But the elastic band is sewn so that you can only fits pens or pencils in the band. Misrepresented in the picture. I will be returning this.

Fits the laptop perfectly, but you have to find a good place to work the mouse. Also the Velcro seem a bit flimsy and awkward. It can also be used for holding other objects such as my daughters stuffed animals, cell phone, drinks, note pads, food, etc.

Kids like it in the van
