or around %15 wear-level-- After 4-months of typical usage (4-days/week 1-3hrs/day) the battery now only can give me around a little 1-hr on
ACER-5750 and can only charge upto 2800MhW -- A wear-level to 51% only 4-months?

It fits my laptop as the original battery did. I am only a bit disappointed with the performance: I thought it would last significantly LONGER than the 6 year old it is replacing. The old battery lasts one hour and 45 minutes of movie watching. This new one lasts some 15 minutes longer. Well I guess my old battery wasn't in very bad contidion, after all!
