Dosen't hold charge

Seems to always lose power, for each use of laptop it needs to be plugged in for the battery to re-charge. Haven't heard anything from battery company yet and it's been about 3 months.

Update: learned battery has to be charged, then drained by leaving laptop on but unplugged. After the battery is fully drained plug laptop back in to re-charge the battery. After this, the battery holds its charge as it should. completely sastified.
