Not very durable

**Update: Shortly after I wrote this review, the company contacted me wanting to solve the problem. I was very impressed with the response time in which they contacted me and sent out a new bag. I am hoping this new bag holds better than the last. Due to the great customer service I would recommend this product to a friend and raise from two stars to three.

I bought this bag for my tablet and tablet keyboard for college. Within the first month of use I noticed that the side straps of the bag were ripping off on both sides like I was carrying bricks. I am very upset by the fact that this bag could not carry by tablet and keyboard. I have no idea how this bag could actually carry a laptop

I totally love this laptop carry case. The interior is very soft and in the outside it has many pockets. It looks like the picture and is very pretty. It came from China and estimated delivery date was between 2 weeks and a month, but it arrived 9 days after I placed my purchase. You can imagine how surprised and happy I was. I recommend it

Came unstitched after a week of use

Initially it looked like a great acquisition. It is really good looking but after a week of use a side of the long handle started to come unstitched (I only carry a 13-inch macbook pro which is one of the lightest laptops in the market), It will be a matter of days before it completely breaks and I cannot use it anymore as a shoulder bag (the reason I bought it). I don't recommend this product at all, you are better off paying a bit more for something more reliable and with better quality.

This laptop bag is amazing!! the pictures do not do it justice. I was skeptical paying $31 for a laptop case but this exceeded my expectations. It is very plush and has soft fur on the inside. also the strap is durable and just beautiful. I will definitely buy from this company again because the craftsmanship is exquisite. This case looks like it would be worth $70-$100.

This laptop bag is perfect for my 11'' macbook air. Not only does it fit, but I have plenty of extra room for a small book, my phone, laptop charger, and writing utensils. I have gotten several complements on it and would not trade it for another case. The pad on the shoulder strap is another helpful feature, as is the fact that the shoulder strap can be unclipped if so desired.
