My puppy chewed up my laptop charger and I needed a quick fix without having to spend too much. The shipping was extremely fast and the product was great, but after a week it stopped working. I have to spend about 20 minutes every time positioning my laptop so that it will charge. I would recommend spending the extra money for a better charger.

If you liked what was shown in the picture, too bad cause that is not what you get. I ordered this charger and when it arrived, I was furious. If you were looking for a cheap auto-switching voltage universal adapter, this isn't one. Wrong picture, the actual charger from E-bundle has a small switch to change the voltage. There is some sort of weird rib design on the top and big letters that say "Universal AC Adapter". The worst things is that it won't grab the tips correctly. I tried using it, already disappointed at this point, only to find that the tips fit loosely on it so it loses the connection with the slightest movement, furious by this point. I would not recommend it. I contacted amazon right away and was happy when they said I would get my money back.

I looked at the product reviews before purchasing and I wasn't sure if i should have bought this charger especially since it was less than 10 dollars!
But now I own this computer charger now and it SUCKS!!! I have used 2 tips since 2 fit my computer and they both gave me the same problems. I have to move the tip around in circles to find where it will charge for the time being and it has to stay in that position the whole time without moving to make it charge.

I do not recommend buying this charger.

the item in this picture is not what I received. The item overheats and had smoke coming out of black box. Please note that these items are under recall . check your federal recall listing. the plug does not fit snug in the laptop plug will easily fall out of computer. item returned.

The item arrived fast and packaged well. It worked as one of the tips fit my laptop. You will need to be careful with it after a week or so of moving the laptop around and plugging and unplugging laptop the tip worked loose and no longer supplied power without alot of wiggling it around.

I am a computer repair tech and this product has worked with all the laptops I have connected them to. The tips are connected in such a way as the final result is about 4 inches long. If the laptop is often moved back and forth a lot I can see how the tips are easily broken. I personally have not broken any but have had customers come in with them broken. There are no newer Dell or HP tips. Other than these, there are not much other issues.
