This backpack is amazing! As a college student who has 7 textbooks, 5 folders, a 3 ring binder, and 2 notebooks, plus a laptop, everything fit perfectly with even more room left! My previous backpack from Best Buy had ripped because of my textbooks. This one has super durable material. Lots of pockets. It has a place for headphones, keys, and sunglasses. It's expandable too. Really hoping this one lasts me a long time!

I like this one with all the pockets and compartments. The laptop compartment is well padded and even has breathable mesh on the wearers side. Most important, the material looks and feels very sturdy, so it seems really high quality,and no stitching is having issues. I would buy this backpack again for sure.

Good durable bag, could be better designed.

This bag is ok, but there are some things I don't like about it.
What's good:
It seems well made and durable. From it's looks I am guessing it will last me a long time.
It's comfortable to wear (unless the padding on the straps wears out). No chest strap, but it fits well and even fully loaded is comfortable to carry.
Handle on strap is easy to grab and carry with.
Computer carrier seems well padded. Having it in it's own pocket is a good and bad thing. It is a bit tougher to get to, but it also in protected from the other stuff in the bag. Having it against my back seems a good placement for protection.
What is not so good:
The small pocket at the top does note seem well thought out. While it is amply sized, I am unsure how long the fabric it is made of will hold out. But the bigger problem is that because the whole pocket is separate from any of the sides, it gets in the way. When I open the large pocket, any weight in the small pocket makes the flap that closes the big pocket fall over and get in the way. Also, since it is like a fabric container protruding into the big pocket, it can make it hard to close up when the big pocket is full, or make it hard to figure out how much I can get into the big pocket. I think I would have preferred a smaller pocket that got in the way less.
Maybe I will get over this, but the zipper for the big pocket is really hard to find. Between the expansion zipper (which is where I am expecting the big pocket zipper to be), and the odd location further forward, so far I have found myself fumbling to find the the right zipper almost every time I open it.
The computer section BARELY fits my 15" screen notebook. the opening for the compartment is just a bit too short.Read more ›

The perfect bag for your laptop or just travels like I use it for.

Oh my god I love this bag!!! I don't use it for my laptop but I do use it for some of my electronics and work equipment. Having all of the different compartments is a huge help to keeping everything organized from my books down to my pens. I also use this bag for travels as it can be used as a travel bag and fits perfectly in the overhead compartment or under the seat on an airplane. The straps adjust and can tighten for your comfort too, I typically like to keep it tight against my body so my items inside wont shift around as much if I have to hightail it to catch my plane in time. Even better I can jam to my music with my mp3 player in my bag, There is a hole made just for your headphones to run threw. On the inside of one of the outer pockets there is a clip that you can attach your keys too so you know they wont get lost in the stuff you might keep in your bag. Over all if you are not an organized person.. You can be more organized with this bag. I picked this off of a list of things needing a review at a discounted rate or free and gave my unbiased honest opinion.

for someone like me who values portabililty along with durability this was a PERFECT choice

Pictures don't really do the backpack justice, upon receiving the item I was delighted to see a sleek, functional, expandable backpack with a plethora of pockets and a WELL BUILT laptop slot in the back. The only complaint if there was one would be its a little on the small side but for someone like me who values portabililty along with durability this was a PERFECT choice. Furthermore, its on the lighter side and even with my 15.6 samsung notebook it was still surprisingly light on the shoulders. Overall a valuable purchase and highly recommended for someone who wants a relatively good looking laptop backpack which is durable and light.

There are people that need a backpack to only hold a folder and some papers. Some only a bag to carry a tablet. But there are always people who carry all their school books and supplies or take all their supplies for camping in one bag. If you fall in that category, then this backpack is perfect for you. It has enough space to fit everything you could possibly need for school or any activity that requires a lot of things. It even expands and has a net to carry items like a basketball or soccer ball.

-Design-
The design of this backpack is discreet and pleasant to look at. Of course, this backpack doesn’t have looks as its major selling point, but it does look good. But we can’t ignore the practical design that this backpack has. It contains 2 main pockets: a rear one that has a pocket inside for a laptop and some folders and a main pocket that can basically hold any bulky item you need to carry that’s reasonably sized, such as heavy books and binders. It also has a pouch at the top of the backpack that can hold your phone or, in my case, goggles and other small tools. There is also a front pocket that is filled with several pouches for pencils, small notepads, small stationary items, and a tablet. There is also a bottle holder on the side of the backpack that is big enough to carry my Camelbak Eddy 33 oz. bottle.
