Good backpack. Not really a laptop bag.

Well made bag, but does not fit a 17 inch laptop into it's laptop sleeve, as the picture shows; the sleeve is barely big enough for an ipad. Also I wouldn't really call it a laptop bag as there isn't any padding... it's essentially just a backpack that you could conceivably put a laptop into.

Canvas Leather Backpack

I currently own this Vintage Canvas and Leather backpack. The backpack itself is made from a much heavier canvas than I expected. On the outside of the bag you have a roomy pocket at the front and a smaller pocket on each side. These are kept closed by 2 heavy snaps on each side and then a smaller one in the center that also has a leather strap that is adjustable. These pockets are great for items such as tools, person hygiene items etc.. The inside of this backpack is very roomy. I have so far been able to fit my 15" laptop, a camera w/bag, a coat and several other items into it. There are 2 zippered pockets on the inside that you can store pens/pencils, knives and other small gear into that you don't want to end up loose in the backpack. I was able to fit my 15" laptop into the pocket styled for it that has a velcro strap to hold your laptop into place. The other pockets are great to store multiple size e-readers/tablets into. I love the color of this back and how heavily made the outer canvas is. To close the backpack you have a drawstring and also a flap that comes over the bag like a traditional backpack that snaps into place and has adjustable leather straps connected to it. I received a sample of this bag in order to give my honest opinion of it and I am very satisfied with it. The uses of this backpack are limitless and I know I will be using it for years to come.

Very Pleased

When this bag arrived I was immediately pleased by its overall look and feel. The bag is made to look like it is well worn in, but it is absolutely brand new. The leather straps feel very used and look it too, but thankfully it is not a worry as all of the straps are actually snap buttons and do not require to be unbuckled. The only reason I do not give this a 5 star rating is the that the bag is a much darker green than what is pictured above, but i still love the look of it. I was actually worried it would be too light of a green but the opposite is true. If you are looking for a specific color, imagine the picture above but about 3 shades darker green. I will agree with other posts as well that the sleeve will unlikely fit a 17" laptop but is perfect for any kind of tablet or smaller laptop. Overall, sturdy design and looks and feels amazing. Definitely worth the buy!

Just a canvas bag with some pockets

There is no protection for a laptop or any other electronic devices. It was advertised as being able to hold a 17" laptop, which it does, but there is no internal padded pocket and and offers the same amount of protection as a paper bag.

Very sturdy backpack, pleanty of space. I bought it mostly for my 17inch laptop because i don't like classic laptop bags and i didn't find any other goodlooking backpack to fit my laptop. Although this one doesn't have a separate laptop pocket so you'll need to put your laptop in a sleeve or something. I love the natural color of the backpack. It's perfect for weekend trips and hiking.

I could fit my 10 year old brother in it. If you are worried about space and durability don't with this backpack. The only thing I didn't originally like about it was that the buckles for the straps are magnets so you don't have to undo and redo the straps every time you open it, but I wanted that aspect so a little bit of "Krazy Glue" and they stay on strong!

Definitely worth it

I love this backpack/rucksack it's very durable and comfortable to wear. I'm a college student and I have to carry a lot of books to class, but I also have a gaming laptop which does fit in it, but not in the laptop sleeve. Only downside to it is that it side pocket covers have only one selection for the pocket where as the main pocket cover has many selections for the length you want. Overall great to use for college students!

High quality, awesome looking durable backpack

Let me just start off by saying that I don't usually carry around a backpack with me, but I will definitely start now.
The bag looks REALLY good, the canvas, worn leather mix really works for it, speaking of the canvas, I thought it might be, "thin", and low quality but, turns out I was mistaken, it's thick and feels durable. The leather as well is very nice, having this worn look to it.

*should be noted that the buckles are for aesthetic purposes only, there is a magnetic button, (strong enough that you don't have to worry about your belongings flying out) under the "buckle" which holds the flap closed.

Under the big front flap is the main pocket, the top has a cool little drawstring thing going on, for extra protection I'm assuming.
Inside the main pocket there are:
2 zip-closed pockets, about the size of an ipad mini, maybe abit smaller.
1 Velcro closed pocket, could probably fit an ipad.
3 open pockets, two are small, and one is around the same size as the zip closed pocket.

The outside of the bag has 3 pockets, 2 on either sides and 1 on the front.

Summary: This bag screams quality and endurance, has plenty of pockets and looks great, definitely a keeper.
This one's a 10/10 for me. Hope this review helps :D
