Plenty of room for HP-Chromebook 14

Bought this to protect my HP Chromebook 14 on recent trip. It had plenty of room for my chromebook and charging cord. Even had room to put my Kindle in with it and its charger and my phone charger. I measured before I ordered and thought the fit was going to be way tighter. Better to be too big I guess than too small; that was kind of nice.

The big disappointment for me is the color scheme; it is not as bright and cheery as pictured. The design is right but the picture shows pink and purple and other bright colors. The colors are more primary, red and blue and a dull gold. Had to take off a star for that.

SOOOO CUTE!!!!

This hedgehog pattern is soooo cute. The colors really pop! Much better than I expected. I have an older 14" HP ProBook and have a case and nice fabric sleeve/carrying case for it. I wanted just a neoprene water-resistant sleeve for double protection. It's hard to find a sleeve that isn't too small or too big for this particular laptop. When I pull my laptop out of the classic grey tweed-like case and people see this bright little guy staring up at you - they go crazy. "Where did you get THAT???" Not so conservative anymore!!!

Not heavy duty protection, but it's lovely

It came with a weird smell that put me off at first, but it's not bad just weird. The flowers are very crisp looking and just as lovely as the picture. The protection is mild, but I never meant for it to do the heavy duty protection. I might have to spray it with a stain guard though. It seems waterproof, but not stain proof. All in all, it's less flimsy than I expected and it's a pretty case.

Good Except for Where the Handles Are Located

It delivered on time as expected. The graphics were surprisingly good for the price. My only complaint is the handles for the case are on the inside. The case has to be partially open in order to use the handles, which makes the waterproofing a tad useless if you're caught in the rain with your laptop. Otherwise, I was pleased with the case.

Serves its function and looks good doing it

I got the peacock pattern one, and the colors and design look beautiful. The zipper seems well-made (first thing to go on my first laptop sleeve) and the neoprene seems durable, though thin. The handles are useful and have held up so far, though I don't use them often. They ARE sewn to the inside, so you would have to zip up halfway from each side of the case if you were to use them, but this didn't cause any problems for me.
I use this for a 14" ASUS notebook and wish it were a little smaller, though, as it will slide around a little bit inside with all the extra room. Sometimes I use the extra room to carry a my smaller charger or a textbook or something, depending on what's going on.
I don't expect it to protect my laptop from any major drops with how thin it is, but it sure keeps the exterior safe when it transit.
