Multi Device Charger
Where did you get the inspiration for your product?
Today’s always connected consumers use multiple devices (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.) which often equates to carrying multiple chargers, many of which are heavy and bulky. Zolt solves this problem by enabling consumers to carry a single adapter – capable of charging a laptop and a variety of mobile devices – simultaneously.
What differentiates your product from similar products out there?
Utilizing ERC (Efficient Resonant Control) and custom design components, Zolt engineers have created the world’s smallest and lightest 3-in-1 multi-device charger. Four times smaller, three times lighter than most laptop chargers, the Zolt Laptop Charger Plus is in a class of its own.
Tell us about the best and most challenging parts of the creation process.
Even for a company like Zolt, with a combined 50+ years of experience in power solutions, making an ultra compact, ultra light, multi-device power adapter was no small task. It’s not just a matter of shrinking components -- it was a complete re-imagination of the power adapter from the ground up. It required taking a new approach to power electronics circuitry, out-of-the-box mechanical design and relentless pursuit of beautiful, forward thinking, industrial design. We think our efforts payed off in the end, we think you’ll feel the same.
