Exactly what I needed

I looked in half a dozen stores and several dozen products on the web before I finally decided on this sleeve for my 13" MacBook pro, and I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. All I wanted was a snug fitting sleeve that had a large enough pocket to place my charger, just so that I could put my laptop in my backpack without worrying about it getting banged up by my books; this sleeve serves that purpose superbly. The sleeve fits perfectly snug around my Macbook, even with the external case that I attached onto it. And since the material is so flexible I am able to fit my charger, the extension for my charger, a flash drive, and a small cleaning kit into the pocket without a problem. The only downside to putting so many things into the pocket is that it makes the sleeve look bulky and unappealing, but from a functionality standpoint this sleeve is awesome; I highly recommend it.

Very, very nice case for the money. Actually, I'm not sure how you could improve upon it. The neoprene is plenty thick enough. This is not super-thin, but it provides plenty of protection. The green is a tad bit lighter color than it looks in the picture, but that is to be expected. The zippers seem to be sturdy and not the kind that will break within a year. I am very satisfied and have been using it constantly for two months on a 13" MacBook Air. Got this along with a plastic hardshell case by the same vendor; also quality equipment. To make things even better, the shipping was super-quick.

Roomy but great bargain!

I bought this for my 2012 13.3" Macbook Air. The item arrived *early* and as described. Fits my computer (which has a plastic case on it, also from iPearl) well, with a little wiggle room but nothing that feels insecure. The front pocket fits both the charger and the external cd drive (an Apple USB SuperDrive) well. Color matches the image, and the pouch has an interior "lip" to protect my precious baby from zipper scratches (I've never had that actually happen but it's a nice detail). The whole thing keeps my laptop safe in my backpack or carry-on and keeps the peripherals bundled with it - no more rummaging for the charger and outlet adapter in airports. My order also included a silicon keyboard protector which was a nice touch. A great deal on what thus far seems to be a great product!

iPearl 13-inch Soft Neoprene Sleeve Case

I am very satisfied with this iPearl product. It has protected my MacBook Pro 13in (which it fits great) well for several months now. I put my computer in this case and then in the designated padded area in my backpack. This case has a reasonable amount of padding - a very strong/durable neoprene material on the outside and a soft, well-constructed lining that protects your compy from scratches. There is a tag on the inside but it is made of a silk-like material that does not scratch. As stated by other purchasers, the case did arrive smelling quite rubbery and pungent; however, the scent went away after about a day of being set out in the air. The side zip pocket is constantly being utilized to carry my charger, flash drive, headphones, iTunes gift cards, etc. I chose the bright green color because I ( like green and) am constantly misplacing items - the neon makes the case highly visible and therefore easy to spot. The zippers seem to be well-constucted - no issues so far. There is also a comforting amount of padding between the zipper and your compy - so no need to worry about scratches. The stitching is also done well - no tearing or loose seams. I would definitely recommend this product. The low price is especially encouraging - but I think I got more than what you paid for. =) Very glad I chose this case. Five stars.

UPDATE: 3 Years Later

Greetings! Three years later and this case has served me well. Just a few weeks ago the seam tore at one of the corners letting the threads of the zipper free. Therefore, it can not zip my case all the way around the corner. I'm actually still using this case because I just like it so much, but I know it is time to search for another one. No other case I've looked at so far comes in at such a low price with such a good quality. I will keep looking, but I may just purchase the same again. I still think this case to be a worthy purpose.

Purhcased this sleeve to add extra protection to my macbook when I carried it around. The green is more like a bright lime green, but that is fine with me. I like green. Great sleeve. Fits my macbook with a hardshell, a compact mouse and the power cord no problem. The front does bulge when the cord and mouse are in the case, but that is expected. Great item for a great price.
