Problems and ToDo:
What kind of I/O block size conversion needs to take place when dropping
SmallDebian onto the BSDI machine?
What will SmallDebian's fdisk look like on BSDI?
Our current image needs a smaller root partition.
We still need to deal with the network configuration stuff when installing
the new operating system. We need a script to gather whatever information
needs to be kept from the previous OS such as:
- Look at old routes (netstat -r).
- Store the information from ifconfig (ifconfig -a).
- IP allocation.
- Naming conventions.
Security.
Last, but not least, get BSDI to boot the SmallDebian image!
