The word is... these guys are da bomb. Their music is different from most others that you've heard before. It's a combination of Punk, Ska, Metal, and some other cool beats. I had heard of them maybe a couple times before I saw their newest video ("Jump Right In") during one of those rare episodes where they actually play music on MTV. My roommate and I were instantly hooked. I didn't have any money at the time to get the disc, but Sawyer scrounged up enough coin to buy it. It kicks ass. It was diferent (heavier) than we expected, but still damn cool. They throw in all kinds of wicked riffs that kick ass. I recommend it. -Schwarzh

Speaking of Phat beats... Heeerrrreee's Matchbox 20! Damn they rock!! Seriously, they have to be the most influential band of the 90's. Combining wild heavy moshin' guitar with head pounding drums and gut wrenching vocal. Damn this stuff kicks ass!! Their originality astounds me. Every new song they release is a new and exciting life adventure. I could really feel his pain in their breakthrough release "Push". And seeing those puppy dog eyes in their groundbreaking videos makes me pull for the poor guy. These guys aren't just influencing the music scene though.... uh uh. Their groovy stylin' threads convinced me to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe. Oh poo... now I'm getting emotional. I need a kleenex. Matchbox 20 forever!!! -SchwarzhandSawyer
Ahh...there's so much to discuss. I feel like a kid in a porno store. I know what I'm supposed to do but I don't know where to start. I will agree with my esteemed fellow reviewers that the songs are head pounding and gut wrenching. Throw in something about causing sharp gastro-intestinal pains and I think that'll just about cover it...One of the most influenza bands of the 90's (sorry...pun). Yeah..."I could really feel his pain". Right. I wish they could feel the pain I endured every time one of their songs was on one of the local "alternative rock" stations. This is why I am suing Matchbox 20 for the sum of one million dollars. Uhhh...Wait a minute...hmmmm...one dollar...each time on the radio...ok...one hundred billion dollars. That'll show those punks. Heh heh heh.

Hear we see the lead singer waiting for the other band members to decide who gets a shot at his ass
first.

This Album has been recently released by EMI records. It was discovered in the archives of EMI appoximately a year and a half ago. The album has a distinct sound to it like that of previous Beatle's release's, but has a new "alternative" sound which wasn't heard in other Beatle's albums. The album has gone multi-platinum already and is expected to sell many more. Thank God John Lennon is dead... because if he wasn't, he would have taken his life repeatedly by now.
