Departmental and Scholarly Activities:

• Graduate Student Mentor, 2006--2008.


• Coach for the UW ACM programming competition team, 2004--2008.
  • Last year, our teams took 1st and 2nd place at the regional competition, and our top team participated at the world finals in Tokyo, Japan.
  • In 2005-6, one of our teams won the right to compete at world finals in San Antonio, Texas.
  • In 2004-5, our teams took 1st, 2nd, 7th, and 12th at the regional competition, and our top team participated in the world finals at Shanghai.
  • I participated in 2003-2004: My team took first place at the regional competition and went on to compete at the World Finals in Prague.
