Mail from VN asking about higher education in the US

Hi everyone, I got the following mail from VN. Clearly, the US 
FAQ project we were (are?) working on would be very useful for our fellow 
students in VN, such as this one. Lets keep on working on it, folks.
I will finish this quarter at some point toward the end of March, and will
