Hi Diem Quynh,
I was lucky to know Prof.Ngu+~, but not much of Prof. Cu?a. Under
Prof Cu?a's time there have been few new rice types like No^ng Nghie^.p x...
The tastes of them were not so good, but they were more dizzy resistant.
I think the three moon rice ( Lu'a Ba Gia(ng) was also from Prof Cu?a.
Since then we have 3 harvests in North VN for each year.
However, I don't understand much about new technique in the rice
agriculture like " Ca^'y da`y" which was enforced during Prof "Cu?a" time.
I heard " Ca^'y thu+a thu+`a tho'c, ca^'y da`y thi` co'c ddu+o+.c a(n".
Sometimes I believed that it was the wrong idea of the iliterate peasants
but recently, somebody told me that it is indeed true.
But I know nothing about this stuff. So I hope somebody can add something
here.
Cheers
Aiviet
