Regarding to Ky-Anh's Posting

Hi ca'c anh and Admins;

In my opinion, I do not think that Ky-Anh's posting violates
the forum policies.  I have reread all messages in the last
two months and found that many messages and news have been
violated the forum policies.

I was born in South Vietnam (my mother came from Thai Binh
and my farther came from Ha Noi) and living overseas more
than 25 years.  I visisted and travelled all parts in our
country from North to South three times.  I fell in love
with Ha Noi the first time and wish to revisted sometimes
this year.  I have learnt many things from you (culture,
litterature, poems...) and openned my mind to understand
my root more through this forum.

Back to Ky-Anh's case, I think that the forum is not fair
to suspend him.  Fairly speaking, a post from another link
(yahoo.com) to this forum does not implied any political
issue in term or expression or discussion.  If that a case,
we will not be able to open my mind freely.
