Dear anh Phung Ho Hai,

Thank you for contributing material to VNSA.  However we noticed that the 
size of your  message was 137KB.  Please remember that many of our
subscribers have limited disk space for storing mail and over filled 
mailbox can lead to the lost of other emails. Further more long messages 
make reading digest very tedious (imagine how many time you have to 
press the pagedown key). 

Therefore please refrain from posting messages larger than 30KB directly 
to VNSA. In case you have large but interesting material that you want to 
share with everybody, please consider using the WWW instead. Feel free to 
contact the admin to work out the best possible arrangement.
