  A my chinese friend from Yunnan said that he would like to see China 
collapse after Teng died. He thinks that he is closer to VN than Beijing.
  I read long time ago a book " Ch'inh Dde^? Vie^.t nam" published in 
Sa`igo`n in early sixties. The book predicted a lot of amazing things
like the victory of North VN, the collapse of Sovjetunion, the War between
VN and China... The only prediction I have not seen was about the 
collapse of Mainland China into small states. But maybe this is the only 
wrong prediction of the book.
 Can anybody tell something about the author of the book. It was amazing.
I found the book on a remote bookshelf at Hue University in 1979 and just 
had enough time to run over it.
