It depends on what operating system you are using. If you are using
anything other than Unix and Windows NT, VPSkeys (free) will handle well
since it incorporates a few code table conversions in its programmes.
However, if you use NT or Unix, there is some work you must do (unless you
want to spent 130USD to buy the software from VNI (not recommended).  There
are some keyboard converters for Unix, but until we know what we should
focus on, I won't belabour on these.

Please specify some details about what system you are using.  
I should be glad to help to the extend I know how.

I guess I should write up a Web page on using Viet fonts for the different
operating systems. That's an idea. We on VNSA can do something like that!
