You just maked a mistake.  Not only VN-ses are human being, Chineses
are people too! A normal guy do not want to kill others.  
(They are not animal!)  Remind about Tibet, the Chinese system in Tibet is
hard but like to totalitary chinese system everywhere in China.    
(for example: A System LAOGAi in china, etc.)

I did not forget about that.  May be wrongly you understanded me. 
My phylosophy is very simple:
Let them understand that they'll lost 100 times more than they can get if 
they need a war! 
(It's consistent with main principles in Economy.)

China is one of military superpowers, so it's easy for everylogical
thinkers to agree with me that if they really want their troops can go to
Hanoi.  But for what???? 
They'll lost 1000 times more than they can get. 
(Look back to every wars in VN).  
Of course,  Chineses get more than lost when they use force to keeping
Tibet belong to China.  (Chineses did a chinanization in the Tibet, so
there are no hope for independence of Tibet.)
   
Why the WEST expect a free democratic China?  Why they help Tibet and
they do not help Kurdistan or Native Idians in South America? 
If you do a little analysis, then you'll understand that the economical
laws play a fundamental rule in Modern World. 
(Morality, ethics, etc. are only West's propagande.  Don't believe them!)
       
So, my strategy works well in both cases.
