Re: Solar power




I don't think the cost of US$11,000 for a 1200w solar power station is 
out-of-the-question.  I learned that some solar company in my area can 
install one like that for home-use for less.  It just... too trivial to 
regard such a thing a governmental effort, much less expect it to provide
 electric power to a community, even it is a poor hamlet with low power
 consumption.

Personally, I think someone is using the procedural autocracy to fund 
their own venture.
