     If the TOEFL that we give in Vietnam are not legitimate we would not
have close to 200 students
  from Vietnam now studying at over 30 different US Universities.  I 
        do not know where you got the information>The TOEFL examination we
give in Vietnam is
recognized by US Universities.  It may be that your contact never sent in
his application that I give the students at the
end of the examination. No US University will accept a student solely on the
TOEFL-we must get the application
This is a popular misconception in Vietnam.  Many of you are here through
our program having taken the TOEFL
