RE: Take something back to Vietnam

Those TOFLE tests you have mentioned are not official, aren't they? And
that is the reason why people who have passed those exam could not bring
his/her certification around or in other words they are not valuable to
any US universities, this is the information from one of my friend who's
got nearly 600. And my question is: Is there any OFFICIAL TEST available
in Vietnam?
