[HELP]Vietnamese Embassy.

Hi to all,
	A friend of mine is planning to pay a visit to his home country, 
VN, ofcourse, and he asked if I know the Vietnamese Embassy's email 
address, or web site or alike so he can contact and ask some questions. I 
had the postal address and phone and fax number from VNSA last week, so 
you don't have to send it again. So I'm asking if any one of you out 
there knows anything about this, please help us. Thanks alot.
