Dear Dr Ladinsky,

You mentioned the Pasteur Institutes in a few cities, the Epidemiology division
of the Ministry of Health and the National Institute of Hygeine and Epidemiology
at 1 Pho Yersin, Hanoi. How are these organisations related and which area of
the work does each cover? Do you have a fax number and some names for the
Pasteur Institute in Saigon? Also, if the people there know you, I would be 
extremely grateful if you could write a letter of introduction for me.

Can I have Prof Heller's address? Thank you. My sister is a statistician 
(a real one, not an ex-scientist like me) at the Institute of Child Health in 
London. I think she works on the mother-infant transmission of HIV. She is 
interested to find out about HIV work in Vietnam.
