Dear Huy
The Director of>the Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City is Dr. Ha Ba Khiem
Fax# 84-8-823-l4l9. I know the people there very well. What do you
want to do there
and what are you interested in with them, Are you planning to go, if so
when?
Please let me know as I have to know to write a letter of introduction
for you.
NIHE in Hanoi does the epidemiology for the northern provinces and the
Pasteur Institutes for the
southern and centralprovinces. The data from all is coordinated at NIHE
in Hanoi.
I can answer your questions more specifically if you give me more
detailed information as to what
you are looking for.
There is a lot of work going on in Vietnam concerning HIV/AIDS. There
is a national AIDS Committee
provincial AIDS programs and laboratories Training courses, many AIDS
education projects, surveillance programs
etc, Again more specifically what is your sister interested in knowing?
Best regards
