Hidrodynamical Formulation of Quantum mechanics

Dear friends,
One of most exciting things I've learnt in the last few months is
hidrodynamical formulation of Qu. Mechanics.  I know that modern
physicists prefer "principle of minimal actions" than what's interesting
from hidrodynamical formulation of QM?
First, the similarity (unseen bridge) of two almost diff. things like
hidrodynamics and quantum mechanics is found. 
Second, there many good numerical software for hydrodynamics and we can
use it to solve quantum problems.  
If somebody enjoys in this topic, I'll post a next educating message
