On hotmail.com accounts

Dear friends,

There have been some discussions on VNSA about hotmail.com
and other "free" e-mail account sites. Many good and excellent
pro and con arguments have been put forward, and I read all of them
with interest.

I know that some VNSA members are using hotmail accounts for safety
reason. They are studying or working in an environment where they think
the anti-Communist sentiments are so pervalent that they don't feel safe
using their real accounts and thus risk endangering their families.  I
understand such anxieties.

On the other hand, I know that many people have been abusing such "free" 
accounts. The admin board discussed this issue long time ago, and have
taken the necessary precaution measures. So I would like to ask VNSA
members to trust the admins in this issue, and rest assured that we have
been adequately prepared to handle problems arising from using hotmail and
other "free"  accounts on VNSA.
