Hi,
The files you have probably are in HTML format, with unknown Vietnamese 
coding. You have to:

1. Save the text in a file, say, tien.html
2. Use a web browser, say, Netscape, to read this file.  If you don't 
have the font, save it in as text, tien.txt (not as source).
3. Use a convert program to try to convert it to VIQR.

If you have difficulties, please mail the whole file to me.
