Yes, two protocols cannot talk much. However, the real Pho+? Thi`n is not 
in LoDuc. That is the fake Thi`n.
  And the fake things are usually not so good.(There can be exceptions 
though). It is commonly accepted that the best Pho+? in 
Hanoi was the real Pho+? Thi`n that located on Ddinh Tie^n Hoa`ng Street.
  Professor Cooperman, an american also agreed with that. 
I also heard that american-vietnamese in Cali believed that the Cali Pho+ 
is the best.
