[FROM ADMIN] A gentle reminder about VNSA netiquette

Dear friends,

VNSA is our common house, we all have been working
very hard to get it to the stage it is in now. Let us all
continue to work to keep it a pleasant place.
Please

1) try to quote other postings AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE, just enough
to make the reader get the context of your point.

2) Do not post private e-mails. If you think your message will not
be useful for at least two other fellow forumors, do not post it to
VNSA.

3) make the subject line informative. An empty subject line,
a subject line such as "re: vnsa digest ..." or "help!!!!"
doesn't give the reader any clue about your posting.

4) do not post any info that has little to do with Vietnam
or Vietnamese DHS/NCS. If you find some such info compelling
and interesting for Vietnamese DHS/NCS, please say why
it is so at the very beginning of your post.

5) do not post any info in any language other than English
or Vietnamese.

6) do not post large files, large programs
to vnsa. If you have such things and want to share them with
your vnsa friends, please contact the admins.

7) do not post administrative request such as "please
help, I don't receive any vnsa mails nowadays". Send such requests
to the admins via private e-mail instead.
