"Speak Softly" song/ Russian songs/ Re: Song ID

Hi Thanh, how was the spring break? Did you managed to watch any Chinese 
film? What do you think of them?

It never occurred to me that "ti`nh nhu+ bo'ng ma^y" can be a Russian 
song; I think its melody is very much different from Russian melodies.

Speaking of Russian songs, the two songs I like the best are "Moscow 
Night" and "Million Roses". Anyone else loving these two songs out there?

"Moscow Night" (Do`ng so^ng tra('ng nhe. tro^i, tro^i ve^` phi'a cha^n 
tro+`i...?) seems to be very popular. If there were a contest for the 
most beloved Russian song, I think this one would take the trophy.

"Million Roses" has been translated into both Vietnamese and Hungarian
(do not know if English version exists). Either is beautiful.

Funny, In 1993 I practiced my poor English by reading an abridge version 
of "Love Story". The music was cool. I was not impressed by the story.
Later I watched the film, and was impressed by the main actress, the one 
who played the sick girl.

Funny, it is not exactly "ti`nh nhu+ bo'ng ma^y" :-). But I figure I have
gotten used to this. I highly suspect that the Vietnamese text of my other
favorite song, "Moscow Night", is not the same as its Russian one either.
Also, "Hotel California" is a cool song. I forget exactly what in a hotel
this song is about, but certainly not about the first love-making of a
teenager, the topic of the Hungarian version of the song
:-).

Anyone out there who likes "Still get the blues for you" of Gary Moore,
"Holiday" of Scorpions, "Nothing else matters" of Mettalica, and "Don't 
cry" of Gun 'n Roses? Kind of nostalgia for me remembering these songs.
