Italian government confers knighthood medals on two
Vietnamese physicians

The Italian Embassy in Hanoi recently organized a ceremony
to confer knighthood medals on two physicians, Ngo Van
Hiep and Do Chau for their contributions to the
implementation of Italy's health care assistance program
in the northern provinces of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang during
recent years.

In the ceremony, Mr. Mario Vittorio Zamboni di Salerano,
Italian ambassador to Vietnam, recalled many experiences
he had with these two physicians and affirmed that they
were deserving of the medals.
