A'y cha` ba'c Huy gia^.n dda'm drug smugglers du+~ ta.
Tui thi` va^`y:
The drug issue is NOT happening overnight. There's a chain of causality
behind and around it.
I think if we clear our minds for a moment and look carefully, we'll see
some of this. Look at the statistics along a longitudinal comparison
through the years, 10 or 20, you'll see some senses coming out of it.
Gosh. I am scared of whom to be thought of as criminals nowadays.
Ba('n bo? a few big dealers and smugglers are ways to make warnings,
threats, and also at times to stop further srcutiny (up the chain).
The death penality: Please be watchful of its use!!!!!!!!!
So, do we want to solve the drug problem or react to it?
Solutions require committments certain people or groups, or even states
cannot afford due to many reason, not only financial. Reaction costs a few
bulltes, gives a sense that things get done quickly and provides a kind of
reassuring evidence.
Just some words for thoughts.
