It is very nice to see you in VNSA. Great greetings to you from Austria.
Have you been in Vienna? Please come to see us, whenever you fly to
Austria. I am graduate student at Vienna University of Economics.

I would like to hear your experience in getting a Fulbright fellowship.
One friend of mine in Vietnam, he had been in the program's interviews
rounds in last summer, but he didn't pass it. Can you tell him some
points,those one should atten when he takes these kinds of interviews.
 
Many friends from Vietnam say that the Fulbright Fellowship is very
diffifult to earn. I am sure that you have very high qualification. How do
you find the program's selection process? easy or less difficult?

PS: There is a joint insitute in Vienna dealing with training experts in
finance and banking. I met many ones, who came from Ministry of Finance in
Hanoi. Think, you may know many of them like Mr. Trung (Vice General
Director of General Department for Taxation), Mr. Ta (Director of Policy
Division), ...Will you be here in coming time? It will be great to meet
you here.
