AI: IT or Computing Science in relation with Cha(.t dda^`u Kopany

Hi Anh Ba?o and AI-ists,

I would like to make difference between Information Technology and
Computational Sciences. Although the later can be considered as
foundations of the former, however tying them together is like saying
that Electrical Engineering and Mechnical Engineering are nothing else
than Physics.

In fact, in VN a lot of Math and Computing scientists are sitting on
the chairs of Information technologists. Technologists by definition
cannnot compete with scientists in academic degrees, publications and
other ivy towery credentials.

The practical drawback is that now the academicians have to decide on
the technical issues like "platforms", "operating systems"...
They have to justify about the RAM, storage, whether SUN is better than
Hewlet Packard.

Any way such jobs are really fat but are beyond the capacity of the
academicians. ( I don't have enough glossary to explain why, but it is
the practice in developed countries that the technologies used to decide
such dirty things).

That reminds me about RAT Counsils of Ly' Toe't and Xa~ Xe^..
Cha(.t dda^`u Kopa'ny is to be translated in Vietnamese as

          Cha(.t dda^`u Ly'Toe't, Treo co^? Xa~ Xe^..

and the belief : " Mie^'ng giu+~a ddi`nh" should be forgotten.

Cheers
Aiviet
