AMD introduces latest processor to Vietnam

The American microprocessor company AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) announced
Apr 25 that it has begun shipments to Vietnam of its sixth-generation
AMD-K6 MMX processor. 

"Vietnamese businesspeople and educators will now be able to run operating
systems on a par with the best in the region," said Mr. Mike Goh, Country
Manager of AMD Far East Ltd.
