I have been checking the opinions, but 99% of you might forget the 
following things.

(1) All statistics of VN are technically quite poor and low accuracy.  
As collecting-tax system and other means of collecting data would 
develop, then the accuracy will change, and it seems to PUSH the gdp, 
and other numbers.

(2) Even now, you can see the rural life which requires quite a little 
money.  This kind of economy also not suitable for evaluating by GDP per 
capita.

(3) Additionally, most of you are from big cities where people enjoy 
high income even know.

(4) "per capita" means average, and I think all had better imagine the 
truth of VNese economy.

I think you can be more optimistic.
