   Prof.Dang Quoc Thong is my best friend in Syracuse. He got the tenure 
in the last year and brought a lot of grants in. He is not in NASA.
To the Chi. em on VNSA: he is handsome and still single. You can bribe
me. 

   As far as I know he got a lot of subcontracts with NASA. But to supervise
" all the programs" is a litle bit too much. ( Des does not mean all or 
the!!! as far as I understand French).

   Let me double check with him.
