Re: To Tsuchikawa

Hi,

During WWII, and since then, Americans called Japanese "JAP!" when they
want to show their opposit feelings about Japanese.

"JAP!" is not Japanese word, but English. And pronounce just like "Jappu!
", not "Jei-ai-pi". Try again to your professor.

Or you can check dictionally.

Tsuchikawa

After reading yours mail I have asked my friends Japanese professors
abouth
the exact meaning of "jap" in Japanese, but they don't know though they
guess
it's something impolite. Could you as the first and the last time
explain us its
exact meaning?
