to Admins, Re: MNKP

I'd like to clarify a misunderstanding (or miscommunication)
regarding the article Mien Nam Khai Phong because I feel I'm
*somewhat* responsible for its being posted on VNSA (but I'm 
not responsible for any of the consequences :)

I was asked by a VNSA admin if some of my posts in VNForum could
be forwarded to this list. I said yes, thinking that they would
be my personal posts, not some article I forwarded to VNForum from
someone else from whom I had to get permission, i.e. Ng Vy-Khanh.

At the beginning of the article forwarded to VNForum I did note
that anyone who wished to use NVK's article elsewhere should first 
check with the author himself, and that the author had requested
that any discussions related to his article be forwarded to him at
his email address (which I included).

When I saw the article on VNSA, I assumed that admins had already
checked with NVK, but seeing how the author has not been cc: any
of the discussions generated so far, I'm guessing that NVK has no
idea that some people are critiquing his piece without his knowledge.
This seems like a breach of confidence and I feel I'm responsible 
to Mr. Ng Vy-Khanh for it even though I myself didn't do anything.

I don't know what steps admins should next take to resolve this
issue, but the ball certainly isn't in my court anymore. Indeed,
looks like the ball's already gone out of bounds.
