I think in Maths you can tell the journal that you prefer that or that
editor (from a many-people editorial board) to handle your paper, but 
you have no control over who will review your paper once it's published, 
because its done by AMS (or something similar if in ZentralBlatz (sp?))

Poor you, Tuan. I did get paid. But I dropped that job after a few reviews
because I found that it is really a hard work if you want to write serious
reviews, 
especially about the papers that
are not directly related to your work (in that case you may have to spend
hours
and days on a paper to understand its results - which you may not need).
