Public pledges to contribute to the VNSA leukemia fund

Once the fund is set up, the address of the fund account can be posted on
VNSA (and other mailing lists and newsgroups). People from any country can
then simply send in a check with the pledged amount to the address of the 
fund account. As far as I know, any major bank in the US accepts and
converts all currencies to the US dollar (please correct me if I'm wrong
on this).

However, it should be emphasized that this fund raising activity, while I
think is supported by most VNSA members and the VNSA admins, is strictly
volunteering in its nature. Please remember that in some countries, $100
or less is the stipend that DHS get each month. In these cases, $10 or $20
is a lot of money. 

Final note: Just to expell whatever potential suspicion about
a conspiracy to cheat "anh chi em", I do know personally both ba'c Diem
Quynh and Anh Hai-Tri Le, but haven't been involved in anything related
to these leukemia activities up until the moment I read Ba'c Diem Quynh's
call for help on VNSA.

Here is the pledge list. We still need someone to volunteer to be
the organizer.
