[FROM ADMIN] A gentle reminder about VNSA netiquette

Dear friends,

Recently VNSA has experienced a population boom, now we have more than 300
members.  The traffic on VNSA is also heavy nowadays.  To keep our common
house a pleasant, informative place, please

1) DO NOT POST PRIVATE EMAILS.  If you think your message will not be
useful for at least two other people, do not post it to VNSA.  Recently
some messages posted to VNSA were of private issues.  We gently ask all our
members to refrain from such postings. 

2) try to quote other postings as little as possible, just enough to make
the reader get the context of your point.  Excessively long quoting is 
uncomfortable for our digest readers.

3) make the subject line informative. An empty subject line, a subject
line such as "re: vnsa digest ..." or "help!!!!" doesn't give the reader
any clue about your posting. 

4) do not post any info that has little to do with Vietnam or Vietnamese
DHS/NCS.  If you find some such info compelling and interesting for
Vietnamese DHS/NCS, please say why it is so at the very beginning of your
post. 

5) do not post large files, large programs to vnsa. If you have such
things and want to share them with your vnsa friends, please contact the
admins.
