Re: Statistics - Agent Orange
Hello folks,
To those of you who are concerned with the agent oragne, I propose
the following:
1. Set up an interest group;
2. Start literature search
3. Outline of projects to be researched
4. Logistic issues of data collection, analysis, dissemination etc.
We can even try an meta analysis!
5. Once priliminary results are interesting, we can shop around for
money (e.g. funding).
This is a serious stuff, so we have to do things properly. I do not
think any individual can do it, but have to be a collective effort. I am not
an expert on this agent orange, but I do know how to go about searching for
literature and consulting on study design, analysis, getting papers
published and that sort of things.
Before doing that I need to know how many of you are interested in
the project and what is your background? Which of the above tasks are you
interested in undertaking? (once you said yes, that means you have to DO
SOMETHING, not just have a name there, OK :)))
So far, I have seen Vu~ show up his hand, and me, of course. Who
is/are next?
