 Hi all:
 I agree with Dr. Dang thi Cam Ha. 
The waste water from industry and city has to be treated before release 
it to the rivers or the sea . 
The released water has to be "clean" as the international standards for 
waste water; unless the rivers  or coastal shore has the ill smell. In  
VN, there are many rivers are poluted and ill smell (i.e  To^ Li.ch 
River(HN),Branches of Saigon River (HCM City) etc....)
 Anybody Please tell me about the Standards of waste water in VN ?
